Local SEO services that put you on the map

Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, location pages and local schema, done by one in-house team and reported in calls and leads.

Local SEO services get your business into Google's map results and local searches when nearby customers look for what you do. We handle the whole job in-house: your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, service and location pages, local schema and reporting that tracks calls and leads, not just rankings.

What do our local SEO services cover?

Our local SEO services cover every part of how Google decides which local businesses to show. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence (opens in new tab), and each part of our work feeds one of those.

  • Google Business Profile: complete, accurate and active, in the right categories.
  • Reviews: a steady, policy-safe way to ask real customers, and replies to every review.
  • Citations and NAP: your name, address and phone details consistent across the listings that matter.
  • Service and location pages: pages on your site that match what people search for, one real page per real location.
  • Local schema: structured data that tells search engines who you are, where you are and what you offer.
  • Reporting: calls, direction requests, form leads and the searches that drove them.

Because we also shoot photos and video and build websites in-house, your profile and pages get real images and a fast site, not stock photos and a template.

Google Business Profile, done properly

Your Google Business Profile is usually the single biggest lever in local search, so we start there. We choose the most accurate primary and secondary categories, fill every relevant field, add real photos of your work, set correct hours and services, and keep it updated.

We follow Google's guidelines for business profiles (opens in new tab) to the letter. That means your real business name with no added keywords, a real address or a correctly set service area, and no shortcuts that put the profile at risk of suspension. If you want to do the setup yourself, our guide on how to set up a Google Business Profile walks through it.

Reviews without breaking the rules

More good reviews help, but only if they're real. We build a simple routine for asking customers at the moment they're happiest, make leaving a review easy, and draft replies so every review gets answered.

We never buy reviews, gate them, or offer rewards for them. Google's policy on fake engagement (opens in new tab) prohibits it, and it can cost you the reviews you've earned. Our guide on how to get more Google reviews ethically covers what's allowed.

Citations and NAP consistency

Citations are listings of your business name, address and phone details on other sites, and what matters is that they're consistent, not that there are hundreds of them. Conflicting details confuse search engines and customers alike.

We find your existing listings, fix the wrong and duplicate ones, and make sure the main directories and data sources for your industry match your profile. Read more in our guide to NAP citations and local listings.

Location pages that aren't doorway pages

A location page should exist only if there's a real location or real service behind it, with content that's genuinely about that place. Pages that swap one place name for another are what Google calls doorway pages, and its spam policies (opens in new tab) treat them as abuse.

So we don't produce batches of near-identical pages. For each real location, we write a page with its own details: the team, services offered there, directions, photos and questions customers there actually ask. For service-area businesses, we focus on strong service pages instead.

Local search in AI answers

AI assistants and AI search features increasingly answer "who near me" questions, and they lean on the same signals as local search: an accurate profile, consistent listings, reviews and clear website content. Getting those right is the best preparation. Our guide to AI search for local businesses explains how it works.

Proof: multi-location local SEO for 3 Natives

For 3 Natives Açaí Café, a multi-location brand, the challenge was locations that looked alike online and competed for the same searches. Our work, described in the 3 Natives case study:

  • Rewrote every location page with genuinely location-specific content, not swapped city names.
  • Cleaned up and standardised business listings and citations.
  • Set up local schema markup.
  • Built a review process at store level rather than brand level.

We also produced their franchise development video series, so the same team that runs the SEO can make the content behind it.

What we report

We report on the things that bring in business: calls from your profile, direction requests, website visits from local search, and form leads. Rankings are part of the picture, but a ranking that doesn't bring calls isn't a win. Each report says what we did, what changed and what's next. Our guide to SEO reporting KPIs that matter explains why we pick these.

Who is local SEO for?

Local SEO is for any business whose customers search for it nearby: trades and home services that travel to customers, clinics and offices that customers visit, and multi-location brands and franchises that need every location to show up. If people search for what you do with "near me" or a place name, or look you up on a map before they call, local search is where they decide.

It's less useful if you sell only online with no physical presence or service area. In that case our wider SEO services are a better fit, and we'll tell you so.

Pricing: custom quote

Local SEO is priced as a custom quote. A single location with a clean profile needs very different work from a brand with many locations and messy listings. Tell us how many locations you have and what you're seeing in search, and we'll scope it and send a quote. It's part of our wider SEO services.

FAQs

Local SEO is priced as a custom quote. It depends on how many locations you have, the state of your listings and website, and how competitive your market is. Tell us about your business and we'll send a quote.

There's no fixed timeline, and anyone who promises one is guessing. Fixing your profile and listings can help quickly, while reviews and content build over months. Our post on how long SEO takes explains what to expect.

No. Google lets service-area businesses that visit customers hide their address and list the areas they serve instead. You do need a real place of business, and you can't use a virtual office or a mailbox you don't staff.

Yes. We give each real location its own accurate profile, consistent listings and a page with genuinely local content, so locations support each other instead of competing. Our 3 Natives case study shows the approach.

No. Google's policies prohibit fake reviews and paying or rewarding people for them. We help you ask real customers at the right moment and reply to the reviews you get.
