Event Videography in West Palm Beach: Plan It Once, Use It All Year
On this page
You spent months planning the event. It's over in a day. Good event video makes it work for the next twelve months: next year's registrations, sponsor pitches, social, ads and your website.
What you should walk away with
- A recap film (60–120 seconds). The energy, the crowd, the moments. Your best promo for next year.
- Short cuts for social and ads. Vertical clips of 15–30 seconds, cut for Meta and TikTok.
- Speaker or session clips. Your best talks, cleaned up and titled.
- Attendee and sponsor soundbites. Quick on-the-spot testimonials. Sponsors love seeing their name in the recap.
- Fast turnaround clips. Rush delivery runs 24–72 hours, so you can post while people are still talking about it.
Plan before the doors open
1. Start with the goal. Selling next year's tickets? Thanking sponsors? Recruiting? The goal decides what we film.
2. Share the run of show. Keynotes, awards, the big reveal. We map the crew to the moments that matter.
3. Book interview time. Five minutes with your keynote or a few attendees beats chasing them in the hallway.
4. Sort out the venue. Power, audio feeds, filming rules. We handle permits and the paperwork, and we're fully insured.
5. Think about the outdoor shots. Drone footage of a waterfront venue or outdoor setup makes a recap open strong, where the venue and airspace allow it.
Live, fast, and in-house
Events are a speed game. Our crew and edit are in-house, so there's no waiting on a freelancer to send files. When Brooks Running needed a film from the NYC Marathon, we turned it around fast. See the work.
