Frankie Bakes: Food Content That Makes People Drive Over

·4 min read

Bakery marketing is one of the few categories where the product does most of the work — if you shoot it properly. For Frankie Bakes we built a content library around texture, steam, and hands.

The challenge

Existing photos were bright, flat, and taken under fluorescent light. The product looked fine and desirable to nobody. There was also no consistent posting rhythm.

Our approach

  • Shot early morning during the actual bake so the steam and pull-aparts were real.
  • Used warm practical light instead of a lit set to keep the room's character.
  • Built a month of scheduled content out of a single production morning.

What we delivered

  • 30 vertical clips
  • 60+ stills for menu, delivery apps, and social
  • Menu-board photography
  • A month-long posting schedule

The results

  • Saves and shares on food posts increased over the prior month
  • Delivery-app listings were refreshed with the new photography
  • One shoot morning covered four weeks of the content calendar

The takeaway

For food businesses, the cheapest marketing upgrade available is usually better photography of what you already make.
